Once the process of creating your tattoo is finished, you will receive an email with a high resolution file of your final tattoo design, a photomontage of the tattoo, a certificate of authenticity, and a video about how your tattoo was drawn.
At the beginning of the process the client must pay a deposit of $50, which includes the right to 2 – 3 sketches of your tattoo. If you don’t like any of them, you can get your deposit back. If you choose one of the sketches, we will start working on the final design and you won’t be able to get your deposit back. If, at the end of the process, you choose a tattoo and are ready to receive it by email, you must submit the rest of your payment before we send it.
If you don’t like any of the sketches we send you, you will have 7 days to request back your $50 deposit. But once you choose a sketch and the process of turning it into your tattoo begins, we cannot return your deposit. At the end of the process, you agree on the final tattoo design, you must pay the balance of the payment to receive an email with the design. At this point there are no refunds.
Once you start the process it takes 2-3 business days for the designer to produce the sketches for you to review in the client área of the website. The time it takes to get your final tattoo depends on how many changes you want to make.
Of course! Just make sure you choose the right size to cover the tattoo, let your designer know that’s your goal, and send a picture of the old tattoo to your designer in the client área of the website. Then you’ll work together to créate the best cover-up posible.
